Refund policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Orders to be shipped will typically be fulfilled within 3 days with standard arrival time between 5 to 10 business days. All orders will ship via standard shipping through Fed Ex and within the United States. Shipments cannot be made internationally or to addresses with a PO box. Deliveries may take longer than expected during holiday weekends or during unforeseen higher busy periods. If package theft is a concern in your delivery area, please contact FedEx directly with your tracking number to have your package routed to a secure FedEx Pick Up location.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your LEGOLAND® store purchase, return it within 90 days with your receipt. We will return, exchange or replace the item, based on your method of payment at time of purchase. 

Items cannot be returned if packaging has been opened or is un-ticketed. Personalized items are non-refundable.  Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Other restrictions apply.

Other restrictions may apply and may be modified by the discretion of LEGOLAND California Resort Retail Management.

ANNUAL PASS MEMBERS

Eligible Pass Members can still receive retail discounts on all eligible products.  Before completing your purchase, simply send an email message to LLCMerchandise@legoland.com. In the message, please provide: 

• Your name
• Annual Pass Membership number 
• The email address you will use during the checkout process 
• Email address will be matched at checkout

We will provide a discount code for eligible products to the email address provided within 24 hours.  Eligible Memberships with retail benefits include LEGOLAND Gold, LEGOLAND Platinum, LEGOLAND Elite, Ambassador and Merlin Annual Pass Premium and Standard.
